A wave of exhaustion washed over me, and I stumbled through the rest of my talk, a shadow of my usual self.
That was the moment I realized I'd hit rock bottom.
I knew I needed to change, to reclaim my spark.
I started small, carving out a few minutes each day for myself.
15 minutes of meditation, mantra versus - my favorite is the Serenity Prayer and a spiritual card reading (I know, it’s a bit woo-woo, but it works for me.)
The results have been astonishing.
Not only did my energy return, but my creativity has soared.
I found myself overflowing with ideas, and my passion reignited.
Perhaps most importantly, I felt happier and more fulfilled.
